The field of software engineering is always evolving. Innovative and disruptive technologies call for people like you to take them to a next level. How do you design software for systems-of-systems? What is necessary to automate data analytics using AI? In this master, you become an inspiring software specialist who can tackle complex software-related problems from design to realization and management.

Specialization

Choose between the available DataOps specialization or configure your own specialization.

Project-based curriculum

The program consists of three projects which mimic real life and are supported by knowledge workshops.

No pre-master, one-year program

You can start this master program with a software-related bachelor and get your title in one year.

All students must go through the selection procedure in which they can be admitted or rejected. Students must hold a bachelor’s degree related to the field of software engineering (e.g. HBO-ICT, Computer Science) and possess basic mathematical skills. As the main language in the programme is English, all students must have a level of proficiency in English equivalent to TOEFL 550 or IELTS 6.

The program is composed of three projects and corresponding knowledge workshops. In the first project, you learn more about creating scalable and robust software. The specialization DataOps focuses on data analytics and building self-learning systems. It is also possible to create your own specialization (the Open Specialization). Graduation will be done through a company assignment.
