We live in the total experience economy. How do you create seamless and synchronised customer experiences across products, services, organizations and businesses? This Master takes a close look at human-centered design, and how to find innovative ways to deliver value to the customers.

Freshman Students
English Proficiency Requirements
All our programs are taught fully in English therefore all candidates will have their English communication skills assessed during the admissions process.
The possession of language certificates is not mandatory, particularly if candidates have spent the last 2 years in an English speaking country or studied in an Anglophone educational system (such as American High School, IB in English or A-levels).
Language Test guidelines:
- TOEFL: minimum 90, 100 points recommended
- IELTS: minimum 7 points
- Cambridge: CAE (with marks A, B and in some cases C with a strong oral conversation) or CPE
- Duolingo English Test: minimum 115 points, 120 or higher recommended

All of our programs are taught in English so that you’re set to excel in the professional world. For that reason, we test every candidate’s English communication skills during the admissions process.
It isn’t mandatory to possess a language certificate, especially if you have spent the last two years in an English-speaking country, or if you’ve studied in an Anglophone educational system. That includes attending an American high school, or completing an English International Baccalaureate or A-levels.

Customer Experience and Innovation Program Key Areas
It’s About Business
Grow from the fundamentals to a deep knowledge of business. Learn by practical application what CX actually means, how it works, and how companies engage with it to create value. Classes like growth hacking, customer experience ecosystems and ethics, operations and processes, corporate innovation and culture change, among others.
Tech in the Mix
You will learn how to use the latest in technology to improve the customer experience and imagining futures that don’t yet exist. Look at data-driven innovation, trends in technology applied to CXI, and UX in interactive digital projects.
Human-centered Design
This area focuses on the human factor that drives this master: what we call desirability and how we account for human factors to create the right thing, the right way, for the right people. You’ll take a look at strategic design, research methods and insights, prototyping, storytelling, and physical and digital spaces for innovation.

The Master in Customer Experience & Innovation is a full-time, 10-month program divided into 3 terms and comprised of four pillars: Business, Technology, Human-centered Design, and transversal INNOLABS.
