Introduction

Earn your Master’s degree from Harrisburg University at our beautiful Dubai location, delivered in a convenient blended format with integral practicum which includes a mandatory on-location session 3 Saturdays per semester. The rest of the time, you’ll interact with professors and classmates online. You’ll also participate in a practicum experience which allows you to apply what you’re learning in the classroom to real-world, professional training.

Student Visa Requirements

Completed Student Visa Application Form
Signed and accepted offer/admission letter.
Deposit fee and visa fee remittance receipt.
Scanned colored passport copy – passport should have validity of 6 months when applying for a Student Visa.
Scanned coloured passport size photograph with white background’ required specification found at:

(JPEG format, with white background)- Please note that due to the new ICA requirements, you will have to visit a photo studio to take a new picture (high-resolution photograph -white background) for your student visa & Emirates ID application and please obtain a soft copy of the picture from the studio and send us the soft copy of the same photo through email. (Other photos are strictly not accepted)
Cancellation paper or Tourist visa copy (if student is inside UAE)

Visa Fees Structure

Student Visa Cost

1-year visa (Outside UAE): 7,720.87 AED

1-year visa (Inside UAE): 9,350.87 AED

The visa fees are inclusive of the below charges:

Medical Insurance Fees: 1,869 AED
Visa processing fees (Entry Permit, Medical test, Emirates ID Card, Residence Permit Stamping)
Visa Maintenance Charge or Caution Deposit: 2,500 AED (This charge is a one-time payment, which the University may use to meet visa-related expenses that occur.

Visa charges are set by Dubai Development Authority (DDA) and may be subject to change.
